Portal is made up primarily by the splenic vein plus the inferior and superior mesenteric veins.

In this video I'll go over the basic protocol and some pathology.



Protocols vary from institution to institution, they should be based on the AIUM and SRU guidelines... Also each department has to have on file protocols for all their exams...
