Running A Marathon With NO TRAINING *help me*

This experience can be summed up in one word: ouch. Today my roommate Mattie and I had the bright idea of running a half marathon with no prior training whatsoever… spoiler alert this is NOT a good idea. Hope you enjoy watching us sister struggle for 10 minutes :)
