After RVing the entire United
After RVing the entire United States looking for a place to live a more simple life, we stumbled across this little homestead that we now call home.
We have a long journey ahead of us in order to make it ours and make it functional, but we're starting with the foundation. We know we won't succeed without a solid foundation.
Planning for this to be our forever home, we realize modifications need to be made to support us as we age. Having a three level home will not work for us as we grow older, and truthfully, it looks horrible; so we're lowering the master bedroom suite.
This entails stabilizing the old, damaged block garage walls and providing additional support to the bedroom/bathroom floor, then finally lowering the entire master suite. It also includes a few major changes to the slope of the area around the home and installing proper drainage.
