FIRST TIME Eating Thai Street Food at the Sunday Night Market 🇹🇭

One of the best things
One of the best things about travelling to Thailand is the food… it really is some of the best food you can find. Best of all? It’s cheap too. You can have it all in Thailand in 2022, from expensive dinners at fine dining restaurants in Bangkok, to cheap street food vendors who have perfected their signature dish over decades.
Today, we’re trying the best Thai Street Food that Chiang Mai has to offer, in our visit to the Chiang Mai Sunday Night Market! It’s one of - if not the biggest - walking street markets in Thailand, and it is having a bit of a rebirth as tourists make their way back to the ancient city.
Chiang Mai has so much to offer for foodies and Thai food lovers - but the market is a little more for “everyone”, so we showed you what you can expect at the biggest and best street food spot in town.
We start with gyoza, bbq pork, and Iced Milo (my favourite) before seeking out some fried squid, corn on the cob, Thai pancakes, and a pork bun.
Of course, dessert was a Thai Street Food classic - a banana and condensed milk Roti crepe.
This market has all your usual staples too, like mango sticky rice, grilled meats, pad Thai, Tom sum, and papaya salad - you really can’t go wrong at the Sunday night market in Chiang Mai.
