The world famous virtuoso MOZART
The world famous virtuoso MOZART cake! Delicious, luxurious! Without cream, cheese and gelatin!
Ingredients for chocolate cake (24 cm) :
330 g flour
60 g of cocoa
15 g of baking powder
6 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
270 g of sugar
150 ml of milk (room temperature)
150 g of melted butter
The chocolate sponge cake is baked for about 45-50 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) over medium heat without convection until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
INGREDIENTS for the cream:
1000 ml of milk
16 g vanilla sugar
200 g of sugar
70 g of corn starch
500 g softened butter
100 g fried pistachios (unsalted)
150 g pralinoise (hazelnut chocolate paste) (or nutella)
2 tbsp cocoa
a few drops of rum flavor
300 g of marzipan mass for 3 marzipan cakes for filling
200 g of marzipan mass for the TOP CAKE
INGREDIENTS for the MARZIPAN MASS, if you are going to cook this mass yourself:
250 g of almond flour
250 g powdered sugar
30-50 ml of water
a few drops of bitter almond flavor
Knead everything well to form a marzipan mass, it's very simple and fast :)
Mozart chocolate and crushed pistachios as decoration (optional)
