When you rotate your trunk while playing tennis, golf, baseball, hockey, cricket, polo, surfing, or snowboarding, the torsion of the pelvis is hard to avoid.

Your pelvis is pulled out of a healthy neutral position by a tight Hip Flexor (Iliopsoas muscle) on one side of the body and an overused Quadratus Lumborum muscle on the other.

The muscle imbalances associated with a rotated or twisted pelvis often causes hip and lower back pain.



Corrective exercises are the only solution to this common problem.

The Pelvic Clock is an exercise device designed to help you identify the misalignment of your pelvis, release tight muscles, and strengthen the weak side of the core.

Start working on your twisted pelvis with this simple exercise:

Lie down, place the Pelvic Clock under your sacrum, stretch your legs, and press your feet against the wall.

Keep your legs and shoulders firmly on the floor.

Slowly drop your left hip and hold the stretch for 30 seconds.

Switch sides and as you hold the second stretch, compare the range of motion in your hips.

Return to the tighter side and stretch it for five minutes.

Compare again. Repeat daily.
