In-Store Optimization (ISO) is a new and innovative set of techniques to increase conversions, get more profits, and boost profits in physical retail.


By deploying people tracking technologies, such as sensors at-the-edge (i.e., video analytics, structured light, or thermal), device-based tracking such as WiFi and BLE, or advanced technologies such as Biometrics and Vision, behaviors transform into anonymous data.


The technologies that track shopping behaviors, capture motion (as in location and time), activities (such as gaze-tilting and eye-tracking), and attributes (such as facial demographics).


ISO deploys customer behaviors in an experiment-based process to solve real-user problems in physical locations.
