🎂Happy 24th Birthday, Handsome Gorilla Momotaro 🦍🎊🎉

Momotaro, the silverback gorilla in Kyoto City Zoo has turned 24 years old on July 3, 2024.

Momotaro was born in Ueno Zoo (Tokyo), and moved to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010. Momotaro and Genki met each other there and now they have 2 children, Gentaro and Kintaro.

Momotaro is a reliable silverback who watches over his family, is sometimes cute when rabbing onto his favorite tire. He even puts his feed on it.
