Dragonball Super - Blue Saiyan Surpassed (HQ Rearrangement)

I know you guys saw what I saw: different sparkling blue aura and eyes that resemble Goku's UI eyes!! I personally hope it's not UI but a different form!! And thus I've remixed this theme while thinking about Vegeta's new power ^^
