Hello there! I made a stop in Sofia, Bulgaria over the coarse of my travels in the last few weeks. All I can say is I wish I had reserved more time for Bulgaria because it seems like an absolutely lovely country. Sofia was clean, easy to travel about in, the food was delicious, the history interesting, and the people friendly. Bulgaria is a melting pot of cultures, you can find Greek, Turkish, Russian, and German influences there. A friend told me years ago that Bulgaria is one of the hidden gems of Europe and oh man was he right!
