Making Glitch Art with a Hex Editor

In this video, I demo how to make glitch art with a hex editor and a JPG image. A hex editor is software that lets you manipulate the binary data of a file on your computer. Here are some hex editors I recommend:

To glitch an image with this method, open the JPG file in the hex editor of your choice, mess around with the data (add, delete, copy and paste) and then save it as a new file to see what happens!
