Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the mango slices, sugar, water, lemon juice, cardamom powder, saffron, green cardamom pods, red chili powder, garam masala, nutmeg powder, and ghee.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the mango slices are soft and the syrup has thickened.
3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Tips:
* To make a vegan version of this recipe, omit the ghee and use a plant-based substitute such as coconut oil or vegetable oil.
* You can also add other spices to this recipe, such as cinnamon, cloves, or black pepper.
* If you want a sweeter murabba, add more sugar to the recipe.
