भरल्या बटाट्याची भाजी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/४ कप कच्चे शेंगदाणे
• २~३ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १/४ कप सुक्या खोबऱ्याचे काप
• कढीपत्ता
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १ मोठा चमचा पंढरपुरी डाळं / डाळवं
• १ मोठा चमचा काळा मसाला
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• १०~१२ छोटे बटाटे
• २ मोठे चमचे तेल
• ३~४ लसूण ठेचलेल्या लसूण पाकळ्या  
• १ बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ पॅकेट मॅगी मसाला-ए-मॅजिक

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup raw Peanuts
• 2~3 Garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup sliced dry Coconut
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp roasted Chana dal
• 1 tbsp Kala masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• 10~12 small Potatoes
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 3~4 crushed Garlic cloves
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste
• 1 sachet Maggie masala-e-magic

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add peanuts, garlic.
• Roast it together until peanuts change their color a little.
• When peanuts are roasted a little add dry coconut, curry leaves, cumin seeds, roasted chana dal
 and roast it together for about 3-4 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add kala masala, red chili powder, coriander leaves.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down.
• Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend it into coarse powder.
• Add salt and blend it well once.
• Transfer the blended vatan into a dish and add water just enough for binding.
• Mix well and masala for stuffing is ready.
• Wash potatoes well and make 2 slits like we make for bharali vangi.
• You can peel the potatoes if you want.
• Rub salt inside the slits of potatoes and fill in the stuffing. Fill in sufficient stuffing.
• Rubbing salt to potatoes id optional. You can skip the salt if you don’t want.
• Heat up oil in a cooker and add garlic.
• Fry it for few seconds and add onion.
• Fry well until onion gets nice golden color.
• When onion begins to turn golden add left over masala and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add water, salt and mix well. Bring the mixture to boil and add the stuffed potatoes.
• Close the lid and cook on medium heat until 1 whistle.
• Or you can steam potatoes on low to medium heat for about 15 minutes.
• Open the lid and check.
• Turn on the gas again and add Maggie Masala-e-Magic.
• Mix well and cook for just about a minute. Stuffed potato is all ready.
• You can have it with fulka or paratha or chapati or bhakari too. It also goes well with rice.
