Full Moon July 2024 Meditation and energy cleanse. Full Moon JULY 2024 Meditation & Spiritual Meaning. FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN SPIRITUAL MEANING
Capricorn is the steadfast goat of the zodiac. Its grounded energy gives us focus and motivation and helps us develop self-discipline. Capricorn is the vibration we draw on when creating routines, structures, and boundaries within ourselves. It lends us perspective on the ocean of feelings summoned by Cancer as well as provides a container in which to put them.

How to Perform a Full Moon Ritual: A Step-by-Step Guide
The full moon is more than just a beautiful sight in the night sky. Many believe it's a powerful time for reflection, release, and manifestation. Spiritually, a full moon is seen as a pinnacle of energy, illuminating our inner desires and feelings. This period can affect people differently, often intensifying emotions and energy levels. It's a perfect time to let go of what no longer serves you and set intentions for the future.

Once you’re prepared, you can begin your full moon ritual. The best time is on the night of the full moon, but you can also perform rituals 3 days before or after the full moon.

STEP 1: CLEANSING
Begin by cleansing yourself and your environment. This can be done by lighting sage or palo santo, allowing the smoke to purify the space and your aura. Alternatively, deep, mindful breathing is also effective. Envision the negative energy dissipating from your surroundings and within you, making room for clarity and positivity. This step helps set a sacred space and prepare your mind.

STEP 2: FULL MOON ENERGY CLEANSE MEDITATION
Find a comfortable position to meditate. Focus on your breath and allow your thoughts to settle. Reflect on what you wish to release with this full moon. Ask yourself, "What should I let go of?" This could be anything from negative emotions, and unhealthy habits, to toxic relationships. Allow yourself to fully feel these emotions and then visualize them leaving your body, giving way to a sense of lightness and freedom.

STEP 3: WRITE DOWN YOUR INTENTIONS
After meditation, take a journal and write down your intentions for the coming lunar cycle. Be as specific as possible, focusing on what genuinely matters to you and what you wish to attract or achieve. This could range from personal growth goals to aspirations in your career or relationships. Writing down your intentions helps to crystalize them in your mind and the physical world, enhancing the manifestation process.

STEP 4: RELEASE
I love recommending you engage in a symbolic act of release. This could involve lighting a candle, speaking out loud of the things you're ready to let go of, and blowing the candle out. The act of release is a powerful affirmation to the universe that you're ready to let go and move forward.

STEP 5: GRATITUDE
Conclude your ritual with a moment of gratitude. Thank the moon and the universe for their guidance and the energy they provide. Expressing gratitude is a powerful way to end your ritual, as acknowledges the gifts you've received and opens your heart to future blessings.
