Reviewing the 1/24 Bugatti Atlantic (2015) by Che Zhi

Surprisingly, no front-engined production hypercar exists, but Bugatti was perhaps THIS close to releasing one alongside the mid-engined Chiron back in 2016, but VW troubles put an end to their entry-level offering. Locked away in the Bugatti museum, Che Zhi has thankfully made the Atlantic available in 1/24 diecast form.

The 2015 Atlantic is Bugatti's homage to the Type 57 S "Atlantic" from the days of Ettore Bugatti's original company.

Pros:

- beautiful interior
- fully opening 1/24 (hood, doors, trunk)
- detailed wheels (perforated brake discs and red brake calipers)
- removable branded luggage with openable lids and extendable handles
- suspension
- foldable side mirrors
- raised window glass
- undercarriage button to lift the hood
- pullback mechanism
- front wheels swivel
- steering wheel is pressable for sound
- front and back lighting

Cons:
- panel gap issues both on rear decklid and front grille
- calipers rotate with the discs
- steering wheel doesnt swivel with the front wheels
- headlights could have done with some more detail
