Cabbage Potato Recipe - Cabbage and Potato Curry - Cabbage Curry Recipe

In this recipe the cabbage is cooked with potatoes and green peas. After the curry is prepared a twist is given to it by just heating ghee in a separate pan and frying cumin powder. Then it is poured on top of the cabbage curry. This enhances the taste of the curry.

Ingredients

1 small cabbage
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 cup green peas
1 tomato
1 onion
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
half  tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
half tsp red chili powder
half tsp turmeric powder
half tsp garam masala powder
3 green chillies
salt to taste
mustard oil for cooking
1 tbsp ghee
