:- ingredients.

Chicken gravy biryani.
Add the chicken in a bowl.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1/2" Tbls ' of garam masala.
1/2" Tbls ' cumin powder.
1/2" Tbls ' black pepper.
4" chopped green chillies.
1" chopped onion.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
3" Tbls ' pudina.
3" Tbls ' of coriander leaves.
1" small cup curd.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Curry leaves.
Lemon.
Mix well.
Marinating the 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.

Kadai on stove.
Add the 3" Tbls ' of oil.
Add the 4" chopped onions.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
Transfer the fried onions in a plate.
Add the 4" tomatoes.
Roast.
Transfer the fried tomatoes in a plate.
Add the fried tomatoes in a mixture jar.
Fried onion small cup pudina.
Small cup coriander leaves.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.
Add the fried onions in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

Add the butter in hot oil.
Add the marinating chicken.
Mix well.
Saute for 4-6" minutes.
Add the blended onion paste.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Saute for 3-4" minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Keep it a side.

Bowl on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Add the 2 bay leaf.
2" inch cinnamon.
5" cloves.
5" cardmom.
2" star anase.
Japatri.
1/2" Tbls ' Shah jeera.
5" chopped green chillies.
2" Tbls of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well.
Add the blended fried tomato paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
1" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' biryani masala.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the 2-1/2" glass water.
Add the salt to taste.
Lemon.
Mix well.
Cook for 3-4" minutes.
1-1/2" of glass soaking basmati rice.
Mix well.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Our delicious family chicken gravy biryani is a ready.
