Preparing mango Pappad in traditional style | Mambala | Mango Pappad | homemade mango Pappad | ಮಾಂಬಳ

It is one of the mango preservation technic, but time consuming and requires much hardwork. But it's result would be wonderful, when finally we get a number of slices of "mambala", which can be eaten as it is or used to prepare gojju during out seasons. The "mambala", is a kind of mango fruit papad, which is prepared during summer days, when plenty of mangoes are available. Wild mangoes are best suitable, but can be done with any breed. The main condition of it is, good sunlight is compulsory to dry it. If so, it will have the best shelf life of minimum 1 year even without refrigerator.
