This Japanese cheesecake with 3-ingredients
This Japanese cheesecake with 3-ingredients is fluffy, light and easy to make. Unlike other classic cheesecake recipes, this cheesecake is simple and doesn’t require a lot of preparation. Also this delicious Cake is gluten-free!

💥 Japanese Cheesecake Ingredients:
4 large eggs
8 oz cream cheese (226g)
8 oz white chocolate (226g)
💥 Japanese Cheesecake Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 170C (340F). Line the bottom and sides of the 7-inch (18cm) round cake pan with parchment paper and grease with oil or butter.
2. Separate the eggs. In one bowl place the egg yolks and in separate bowl place egg whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and egg yolks. Mix until combined.
4. Melt white chocolate in the microwave or using double boiler. Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture.
5. Add 1/2 of the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture and gently fold. Fold in the rest of the egg whites and gently fold until creamy.
6. Pour the batter into prepared pan. Place pan into a deep roasting pan and pour hot water into roasting pan so that water comes halfway up the sides of the cake pan.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 160C (320F) and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave cake in the closed oven for another 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool completely to room temperature.
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
