Ingredients (15 cm mold size):
100 gr Cream cheese
35 gr Unsalted butter
80 ml Milk
2 Egg yolks (40 gr)
2 tsp Lemon juice
35 gr All-purpose flour
2 Egg white (75~80 gr)
40 gr Sugar
* Preheated oven, bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
Open the oven door for 10 seconds and then
bake again at 110°C for another 60 minutes.
