ek bartan me oil ko garam karke pyaaz ka barista bana kar tayyar kar lena hai ab ek  cooker me gosht ko dalkar isme sabut dhaniya Hari mirch, tamatar, namak, lehsun ki githan ko dalkar cooker ka lid laga kar 3 seeti Tej aanch par aane ke baad gosht ko 20-25 min kam aanch par pakne denge taki gosht gal Jaye ab bache huye oil me garam masala Dalkar ise crackle kar lena hai ab isme adrak lehsun ka paste Hari mirch, namak, tamatar, dahi, jeera, launga masala, saunf, or ghost ko dalkar ise oil ko saparate ho Jane tak bhoon lena hai ab isme 2 glass Yakhni ka pani or 3 glass sada pani Dalkar dhakkan se cover karke 1 boil aane tak paka lenge ek boil aa jane ke baad isme bheege huye chawal ko dalkar ise dhakkan se cover karke 10 min tak pakne lenge 10 min baad chawal ko check karke ise 20-25 min kam aanch par paka lenge taki chawal soft ho jaye 20-25 min baad biryani ko check karke isme food colour or barista dalkar 10 min dum kar Lena hai 10 min baad Gas ki flame ko off kar ise rest par rakh denge biryani bankar tayyar hai aap ise garma garam sarv kar sakte hai.
