So sharing my current diet plan for a healthy weight. So right now I’m 55.5 kgs and I gained around 3 kgs few months back. So thought to make some changes in routine and diet plan to maintain a healthy weight. Also I aided to be 39 kgs when I started my YouTube journey 2017 and I decided to transform myself in 2018 and since then I have gained around 15 kgs weight and now I’m trying to maintain it. Don’t want to gain weight much or don’t even want loose weight and become that skinny.
