Is Riot's Project A a Counter-Strike Killer?

Does Project A have the potential to KILL CS:GO and make CS:GO a Dead Game?  nah... Riot Games announced a bunch of new games for the 10th anniversary of League of Legends.  One is a tactical shooter codename Project A, and the marketing seems specifically designed to target Counter-Strike gamers.
