A BTS LOOK INSIDE A TYPICAL RSP NATIONAL GUARD DRILL WEEKEND WITH A DRILL SERGEANT.

Recruit Sustainment Program is an exclusive National Guard program to assist our National Guard Recruits administratively, physically and mentally for US Army Basic Training. They get paid to come in, workout and learn about the US Army and Army Basic Training. Every Saturday will be the OPAT & PRT/Physical Readiness Training followed by classes by various phases similarly to Basic Training. Sundays is PRT & ACFT orientation or familiarization and again more classes to their respective phases.
