★ How to Install? ★
➤ Place the .PKG File into the root of the USB, then Install it via Package Manager. (USB Method)
➤ Place the .PKG File into /dev_hdd0/packages, then Install it via Package Manager. (FTP/FileZilla Method)
Update:
This Method was Tested on Rebug 4.85.1/4.86.1 LITE CFW. (Tested/Working, Confirmed by Me)
- I provided another File in the Download Link that you'll need. (Place it into the "/dev_hdd0/home" Directory)
★ Notes ★
➤ This was done on Rebug 4.84.2 D-REX CFW. (Tested/Working on CEX, Confirmed by Me)
➤ Rebug Toolbox Version (02.03.02)
➤ I'll provide the Link of the Website for this CFW down below.
➤ I can't confirm, if this works with a Super Slim Model on HAN/PS3HEN. (Update: Don't proceed with this Tutorial on a Super Slim Model. Tested/Confirmed by Omkar Dude in the Comments)
➤ Rebug Toolbox Alternative - "xRegistry.sys" File can be Restored via PS3Xploit's Site. (Link: http://ps3xploit.me/hfw/xregistry_dum... )

Pros
- You don't need to have PSN Access and this Tutorial can be used on Banned Consoles. (Defeats the purpose of being Connected to PSN Servers; Note: An Internet Connection is still required to Download/Install Games from PKGi)
- reActPSN/PSN Patch and PSN Account Activation aren't needed
- PS3HEN Feature (Similar to "On The Fly" Activation)
- The "exdata" Folder will automatically be Created in the "/dev_hdd0" Directory via PKGi. (I suggest Backing it up, because this won't affect the License(s) for the Games that were Activated in the "/dev_hdd0/home/00000003/exdata" Directory - Tested/Working)
Cons
- USB/Internet Connection are needed
Important:
Create a Backup of your own "xRegistry.sys" File via Rebug Toolbox before attempting to proceed with this Tutorial.
Note (for "xRegistry.sys" File):
If you don't see the Users (Example: Impulse Modz, Online & Anti-Sony) after Restoring via Rebug Toolbox/PS3Xploit's "xRegistry Injector", then you'll have to Delete the Users on your PS3 besides the 1st User. Afterwards; Try Restoring again, then those Users will appear. (Tested/Confirmed on another PS3 from a Friend)
What You Need
- "xRegistry.sys" File (Provided by Me)
- Internet Connection (for Downloading Games)
- FAT32 Format USB (for Rebug Toolbox in order to Restore "xRegistry.sys" File)
- CFW Apps such as Rebug Toolbox (for Restoring "xRegistry.sys" File) & File Manager (Example: ManaGunz File Manager/MultiMAN for Transferring Files) and PKGi (for Downloading/Installing .PKG Files)
- WinRAR Program/Any Similar Program (for Extracting .RAR Files)

I wanted to Live Stream it, but decided to make a Video instead. Basically you're Downloading/Installing a Game via PKGi App without the need of having to Activate a PSN Account on the System or using reActPSN/PSN Patch to Activate the .RAP File(s). However, I can't confirm that this Method/Tutorial will work for everyone. This is another Alternative and can be put to great use, if you're Console Banned or don't have access to Sony's Servers.
