Why I Grow My Own Food in Norway (+Garden Update)

Last year we started gardening "for real" by growing our own vegetables and to my joy discovered many benefits from doing it - so in this video I will share 8 of those benefits and why I started with gardening here in the countryside of Norway. I will also show you how its going so far with the garden for this year! :)
