Pan-Fried Basa Fillet with Lemon Rice, Green beans & Salad Get ready to enjoy some delicious pan-fried basa fillet at home! Basa fish is a light, white firm & delicate and affordable fish that can be pan-fried to perfection with garlic paste, Sauce like Worcestershire, soy, Oyster sauce Seasoned with black pepper & salt served with lemon rice & green beans & Salad Perfect light lunch or dinner. (Serving for -1 person) Marinate BASA -1 Basa fillet (frozen) -1/2 tsp garlic paste -dash salt & black pepper -Mix sauce:1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tbsp light soy,1/2 tsp oyster sauce mix Method Rinse the frozen fish in cold water to remove ice crystals from the surface. Avoid warm water -Pat the fish dry with a paper towel, Rub garlic paste all over, sprinkle salt & pepper, brush sauce mixture of Worcestershire, soy, oyster sauce mixture all over set aside for 10 minutes -Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish pan fry flipping them & brushing 2-3 times from remaining sauce mixture till they get nice dark brown colour. LEMON RICE -1 big bowl leftover white rice -1/2 lime juice -1 cubes of Ice cubes For Seasoning -2 tsp mustard seeds -2 tsp urad dal -1 spring curry leaves -1 dry red chillies (“”” -1 cube butter -4 tbsp oil -salt to taste -1/2 lime juice -Sprinkle gun power (optional) -2 spring coriander leaves for garnish -Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds allow to pop, add urad dal, dry red chilli, curry leaves stir for a second -Add white rice stir well , sprinkle Gun powder, 1 cube butter. -Squeeze lime juice stir well Green beans with hoisin sauce -https://www.seevid.ir/fa/w/IKBWzChTwqM -Pan (Flat tawa)Pigeon -Pan deep Kadai Pigeon -Frozen Basa-BIG SAM’S/500g
