YOU NEED:
800 grams - 1 kilo of mince beef and pork (even ratio of each)
1/2 - 1 grated onion
1 tbsp. of paprika
hot pepper flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste
garlic granules or powder to taste
**optional - 1 tsp of baking powder
