Items Located: Heart Tank, EX Tank, Leg Parts (Shadow)
Ice physics ahoy. Expect to be slipping and sliding all over the place. Now, in order too get the Heart Tank, EX Tank, and the hidden passage, you need to have the Nightmare Effect where it's raining magma. Otherwise, the area is sealed off. The armor part just needs a double jump or something similar. As for the stage itself, there tends to be a lot of waiting.
