When was the last time you practiced and focused on your mental health rather than your physical body? This 15min yoga flow for mental health will guide you back to focus not only on the breath, but on your mental and emotional side too.

Often we forget our practice can really help with a positive momentum for our week or day ahead. When we arent able to make it to the mat, we notice a slight disturbance in our ability to cope with the stressors of our day, the challenges that are inevitably presented by work life, home, family, friends, just life in general really.

Coming to our mat doesnt have to be complicated or indeed perfect. It simply involves us finding a moment to draw our attention inward, rediscover the breath and take a short journey into movement of the body. With all of these combined, we begin to shift the energy within our space.

You don't even have to roll out the mat for this one. Flow through a few yoga asana that have been carefully picked to activate your inner fire, as well as switch on your calm and relaxed state ... any where, any time.

Keep making magic in this world; from your space, at your own pace ... Lets meet on the mat.
