I don't think there's a menu that goes well with a good day as much as Japchae, which is made by adding various ingredients and filling it up. You can enjoy both the color and the texture~ Meet the golden recipe for Japchae that is delicious and not too salty.

Recipe
1. Soak the dried noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes.
Cut the carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and onions into strips, and cut the oyster mushrooms into 4 pieces that are easy to eat. Marinate the beef in soy sauce for about 10 minutes.

2. Cut the roots of the spinach, wash them cleanly, and blanch them in boiling water with a little salt. Rinse them in cold water and drain. Add a pinch of salt and sesame oil to the blanched spinach and season. 3. Separate the egg white and yolk, add a little salt, beat, and make quiche on low heat and cut into strips.
4. Stir-fry onions, carrots, and oyster mushrooms in a pan in that order with a little salt, and then stir-fry the beef and shiitake mushrooms together at the end.
5. Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes, rinse once in water, and drain in a colander. Add the noodles seasoning ingredients and boiled noodles to the pan, stir-fry for about 2 minutes on medium heat until the seasoning is evenly mixed, and cut into bite-size pieces.
6. Mix the cooled noodles, stir-fried vegetables, and sesame oil in a bowl, and add the quiche at the end and mix lightly. (Adjust the seasoning by adding or subtracting soy sauce according to your taste.
7. Place the japchae on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
