If I could go back in time and sign up for an EMT class all over again, this is what I would do differently. I hope this advice helps you whether you are about to begin EMT, AEMT, EMR or Paramedic school.

The biggest step you can take in your EMS education is to get a "leg up" on the educational content itself and pay attention during your classes. The earlier you enact the principles I share with you in this video, the easier EMT classes will be for you.

My hope is that incoming EMS students will see and follow the steps in this video so they can easily pass their NREMT exams and land their first EMT job. Truthfully, I didn't start enacting these principles until half way through EMT class and applied all the principles shared here in Paramedic school.
