Author of two books, 'Dismantling The Fantasy - An Invitation To The Fullness Of Life' and 'Essence Revisited - Slipping Past The Shadows Of Illusion.' Drawn to meditation at 14 he spent the next 14 years exploring awareness and concentration. He was a Buddhist monk for 6 years when asked to begin teaching. 'The separate self with individual free will is an illusion, everything is as it is and could not be otherwise.
