This is how I fixed my boat cover. The boat cover gets filled with water after it rains. I built a PVC frame under the boat cover which forces the water to drain from the top of it
To build this I used:
(4) 10 ft pieces of 3/4 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe
(8) 90 degree 3/4 inch Schedule 40 PVC couplings
(12) 3/4 inch Schedule 40 “T” PVC couplings
