Thanks for watching my video. This is a REALLY efficient way of reducing lag that most people have in Skyrim.

OPTION 3:
Here are the 2 lines you should paste in SkyrimPrefs.ini:
fMouseHeadingYScale=0.0100
fMouseHeadingXScale=0.0100

Also, this might help:
1. Open SkyrimPrefs.ini.
2. Press ctrl+F to search.
3. Search for bMouseAcceleration (Note: If you can't find it, type the line in for yourself.)
4. If you see the line bMouseAcceleration and it is set to 1 (Like this: bMouseAcceleration=1), replace the 1 with a 0 as that might help with mouse lag.
5. Save and try it in-game

If this doesn't work, just go back to the SkyrimPrefs.ini, remove the line, but do not let there be a blank line in the file.

PSA from Last Dragonborn:

I am warning you all now: Do not turn off Vertical Sync in Skyrim.

Why: Skyrim's engine, the Creation engine, in configured in such a way that if your framerate at any point exceeds 60, Skyrim's physics and a number of other issues will begin to plague your game until you turn it back on. This is why you can't turn it off through the game settings. The Creation engine becomes highly unstable and various things can happen. Now, if you're one of those people like me who turned off Vertical Sync to reduce mouse lag, then I have good news. There are also posts on various sites with guides on how to turn on mouse acceleration, increase the vertical and horizontal sensitivity beyond it's normal limit, and other things to make it more precise and accurate with your mouse movements. You can also do this for third-person view as well in order to get rid of the delay in movement when you press a key, such as moving forward. The only reason Bethesda did this with Skyrim is to make the game seem more natural, fluid, or smoother in a sense. After all, such presise and sharp movement wouldn't exactly fit with how the rest of Skyrim looks and seems, huh? Unfortunately, this issue also plagues the console versions and severely cripples those who have mouse lag or a drop in framerate with Vertical Sync due to a weaker GPU by today's standards, like me. Yes, my GPU is more than capable of playing Skyrim at good settings, but often times the framerate will drop due to the strain being put on it from Vertical Sync, not to mention the staggering amount of detail etched into most things. There is even a mod that allows you to turn off Vertical Sync and prevent some of the physics issues. Some of them, I said, not all. I did try it for myself and while it was better, I still had a few problems that forced me to turn it back on. So at the end of the day, keep Vertical Sync on during your adventures in Tamriel, and I'd also advise keeping your refresh rate on your monitor at 60 too, just as a precaution.
