दूसरी RTI Appeal Online कैसे करें ? || How To File Second RTI Appeal Online ?
Hello Friends,
Iss video mein aap jaanenge ki RTI Second Appeal kya hota hai aur aap online RTI Second Appeal kaise file kar sakte hain. Online RTI Second Appeal ka full tutorial apko iss video mein milega. Iss video ko dekhne ke baad apke saare doubt clear ho jayenge.
Some important points:-
1. A second appeal against the decision of first appeal shall lie within ninety days from the date on which the decision should have been made or was actually received, with the Central Information Commission.
2. The decision of the Central Information Commission shall be binding.
3. Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the first Appellate Authority or by non-disposal of his appeal by the first Appellate Authority, may file an appeal to the commission and shall be accompanied by the following documents, duly authenticated and verified by the appellant, namely:-
a. a copy of the application submitted to the Central Public Information Officer;
b. a copy of the reply received, if any, from the Central Public Information Officer;
c. a copy of the appeal made to the First Appellate Authority;
d. a copy of the Order received, if any, from the First Appellate Authority;
e. copies of other documents relied upon by the appellant and referred to in his appeal; and
f. an index of the documents referred to in the appeal.
4. An appeal may be returned to the appellant, if it is not accompanied by the documents, for removing the deficiencies and filing the appeal complete in all respect.
5. Before submitting an appeal to the commission, the appellant shall cause a copy of the appeal to be served on the CPIO and the First Appellate Authority and shall submit a proof of such service to the commission.
