Import in from asset browser, assign visible mesh final in object inspector window. There are 4 folder in the main folder, just leave them all where they are. When you import in from the asset browser you can simply go to each sub folder for a different color stair. I opted for something a little different the normal stairs people are used to seeing. To be honest, these are not great to drive on.
