Microsoft System Information (MSInfo) reports are useful for collecting information about your operating system and identifying common issues.
Obtain information about HARDWARE BIOS, UEFI, RAM, SERIAL, NETWORK, USB, Laptop OR PC BRAND .

To generate an MSInfo report:
•  Open the Run application.
You can do this by entering "Run" into the search bar in the Start menu.
•  Enter "msinfo32" in the dialogue box and choose OK.
This will open the System Information window.
•  Select File, then Export... from the drop-down.
•  Save the document as a text file (.txt) to a folder of your choice.
