Turning some Trumpet Fish that
Turning some Trumpet Fish that I caught the day before into a sushi dish. Texture of Trumpet fish is very similar to Halibut, with a very light and mild taste in my opinion. If was fun to make but even better to eat. Let me know in the comments if you prefer the cooking on a separate day of the catching.
