Super Mario Maker 2 is meant to be a course designer tool for the Mario series, so with that of course, several items from the series itself. Despite that though there are several items completely original for the Mario maker series, stuff like new power ups like the master sword and SMB2 mushroom to even some enemies in gizmos.
