Epidural Steroid Injection

I have two herniated discs in my lower back and this injection is suppose to help with the pain.  Epidural is similar to the stuff they give to pregnant women given birth so that they do not feel is as much.  This is a very small amount in comparison and obviously has some changes to it.  The blood is just from the breaking of the skin not by anything deeper in my back so nothing to worry about.  Thanks to everyone at the hospital for letting me video tape and thanks to the doctor performing the injection.

P.S
Caution if you don't like needles or blood.  The marks on my back are from a different therapy I was trying at the time.  The colour abnormality on my back is a disinfectant.

Update:  I did end up having decompression surgery on my back to fix one of the herniations.  Not a very difficult surgery and I'm very young for this kind of condition so surgery went great.  Unfortunately I still have one herniation and pain still in my back but I can walk now and stand up without almost crying after 10 minutes so it's a lot better.
