Short-term: Resolving logistics constraints to increase quarterly sales by 300,000 to 400,000 tons.

Long-term: Developing the Kami project, which could add 9 million tons of direct reduction (DR) grade iron ore production annually.
A key initiative is the ongoing project to increase ore grade from 66% to 69%, set for completion in late 2025. Catford explains, "It doesn't seem like a big increase, but it's the game changer between selling to blast furnaces and selling to electric arc furnaces."
