Rose cookies (Achapam) are a famous South Indian snack,Usually made at the time of festivals.Here I am sharing a simple recipe with basic ingredients to make crunchy yummy Rose cookies . Rose cookies
Ingredients
1️⃣All purpose flour-2 cups
2️⃣Rice flour-2 cups
3️⃣powder sugar-1/4 cup
4️⃣milk-1 cup
5️⃣oil-1 tbspn
6️⃣sesame seeds-3 tspn
Procedure
1️⃣In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients.Mix well
2️⃣Gradually add milk to make batter
3️⃣Add water if required to make pouring consistency batter
4️⃣Heat oil for frying,dip the mould for 2 minutes in oil
5️⃣Dip it in the batter,make sure to dip 3/4 ,not completely
6️⃣Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
7️⃣Repeat the same for the rest of the batter.
8️⃣Allow it to cool down completely,store in a airtight container.
