Alliance Atlantis was founded in 1998 as a merger of Alliance Entertainment Corporation and Atlantis Communications; the former was founded in 1985 and the latter was founded in 1978 (the title scene for video says 1985 for Atlantis as well but that was a mistake). This video will take a look at the logos from Alliance Entertainment Corporation, Alliance Releasing, Atlantis Communications, Alliance Atlantis, AAC Kids and Alliance Films. All these companies are no longer around except Alliance Cinemas, which was founded in 1998, thrives in Canada. My next logo history video will look at the logos from ITC Entertainment Group and their divisions.
