First we start off with the most controversial, Fruits and Vegetables and my main point here’s is just because there are some great benefits you can easily consume more then you should and take yourself from a calorie deficit to a surplus in no time. Then I went over something that isn’t a food but it effects more people than anything else.. Alcohol. Explaining how it’s not simply about the extra calories, it has a negative impact on everything from your hypothalamus to testosterone to thyroid function and even cortisol levels so if you’re serious don’t drink. Lastly I covered foods that are either low or zero calories and how the low calorie foods can quickly turn into a problem because they hide how many calories you get per serving and the zero calorie foods will cause major gastrointestinal distress.
