ജാതി മത അടിച്ചമർത്തലുകൾക്കെതിരെ പാർശ്വവൽക്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമൂഹങ്ങളെ അണിനിരത്തിയും അവരുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി വാദിച്ചും കേരള നവോത്ഥാന പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പൊയ്കയിൽ ശ്രീ കുമാരഗുരുദേവൻ എങ്ങനെയാണ് കീഴാള പ്രതിരോധം നയിച്ചതെന്ന് ഈ പ്രഭാഷണം അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്യും.

അൺസീൻ ലെറ്റേഴ്സ് എന്ന പ്രസാധക സംഘത്തിൻ്റെ എഡിറ്റോറിയൽ അംഗം, സൊസൈറ്റി ഓഫ് പി. ആർ. ഡി. എസ്. സ്റ്റഡീസ്-ന്‍റെ പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ പ്രവർത്തിയ്ക്കുന്നു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം ആദിയർ ദീപം, സൂചകം എന്നീ മാസികകളുടെ എഡിറ്ററായിരുന്നു. ചരിത്രം, സാഹിത്യം എന്നീ മേഖലകളിൽ പുസ്തകങ്ങളും ലേഖനങ്ങളും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൊയ്കയിൽ ശ്രീ കുമാരഗുരു ദേവന്‍റെ ജീവചരിത്രം ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ‘വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ നടപ്പാതകൾ’ എന്ന പുസ്തകം എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
V. V. Swamy is a historian, author, and social activist. He worked as an editor of magazines such as Aadiyar Deepam and Soochakam. Currently, he is an editorial member of the publishing group Unseen Letters and the President of the Society of PRDS Studies. His publications include the books "PRDSum Kerala Navodhanavum" (PRDS and Kerala Renaissance) and "Chengannurathi." He has also edited works like "Vyavastayute Natapaatakal" (Pathways of the System), "Dalit Katha," "Dalit Kavita," "PRDS - Orma Paatt," and "Charitrarekhakal," and authored numerous articles in history and literature.
