Recipe:
   • cottage cheese 500 gr.
   • Powdered sugar 60 gr.
   • Cream 33% 60 gr.
 
Put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. I used 2 colors in this cake. The first layer is light blue, and the finish coat is slightly darker by 2-3 tones. The thickness of the cover is at least 0.5 cm. Apply lines with the edge of the scraper and then decorate as you want.
