Locations of both the Tattered Banner and Damaged Standard required to complete Stormund's quest-line. Both in and around the Abbey of the Hallowed Sister. Starting at the Vestige of Rosamund for both 📍
Unfortunately, I progressed too far and missed these items before giving them to Stormund at the Vestige of Iorelo the Cursed Knight to complete his quest and obtain trophy. So will do so on a later play through, but in this video I obtain both items required before speaking to him in the Abbey.
