GURDA FRY DRY WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredient :
Goat kidney 8 pcs
Oil 150gm
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tbsp
Ground Red Chili 1 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tbsp
Green Chilies as required
Coriander as required
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Kasuri fenugreek 2 Chutki
METHOD :
Make small pieces of kidney beans and add oil, ginger and garlic paste, salt, ground red chilies, turmeric, coriander, cumin, hot spices and ground coriander and mix well. Before serving the dish, add kasuri methi and coriander.
