Update 35 has utterly failed
Update 35 has utterly failed at literally all levels as a game patch in terms of overall accesibility as predicted from the PTS cycle, the 10% blanket health nerf to veteran and above content does little to expand the concept of accessibility in any shape or form alongside the combat changes. You will still be able to clear older content but the newer stuff or achievements will be further out of reach.
The unintuitive combat system in terms of DoT frequency/strength, the fact that Status effects/enchantments can pull ahead of class skills, the actual unprecedented gatekeeping of difficult content through the patch changes and the nonsensical forcing of players to reprog through multiple systems and content (grinding, theorycrafting, executing new strats) while Update 36 PTS is looming close already make absolutely no sense.
If there is any feedback to be given, I would highly advise to take the actual time to analyze the content changes within the context of the overarching combat changes at bare minimum before forcing Live to become a PTS that offers players to either reprog or to take a break from the game with the best case scenario being waiting for bi-weekly incrementals.
Ultimately I would insist that something like the large, ambitious scope of Update 35 never be attempted ever again by the combat team because it has become a patch where the negativity of the awful Harrowstorm performance and Morrowind changes pale in comparison to whatever Update 36 is shaping out to be with no previous grievances or issues being addressed from prior patches.
